Why we built Recovr
Every eBay seller knows the feeling: a case opens on a Friday night, the response window is already ticking, and the tracking proof you need is buried across three different tabs. Miss the deadline and eBay refunds the buyer automatically, even when you did everything right.
We lived that for years. Recovr started as an internal tool to stop it from happening, and turned into a product when other sellers asked to use it.
What we believe
- Sellers deserve a fair fight. Most lost disputes aren’t lost on the merits. They’re lost to missed deadlines and missing evidence. That’s fixable.
- You stay in control. Recovr drafts responses and gathers proof, but nothing is sent without your approval unless you explicitly turn on auto-respond rules.
- Your account is yours. We connect through eBay’s official OAuth API, never see your password, and you can revoke access at any time.

What Recovr does
Recovr watches every dispute across all of your eBay stores (Item Not Received, Not as Described, returns, payment disputes and chargebacks) and puts them in a single queue ranked by deadline, dollar value and risk. For each case it pulls in tracking, delivery scans, listing photos and buyer messages, then drafts an evidence-backed response for you to approve.

Recovr is a vendi company. vendi is the London-based marketplace for buying and selling verified secondhand tech: phones, tablets, laptops and smartwatches. Moving that much electronics online means dealing with buyer disputes every day, and Recovr is built on what we’ve learned doing it.
